Okay, I am a BIG sucker for things blue. Especially dark blue. I found this skin when I first joined dA, but realized I couldn't use it unless I had Premium Membership. (there is always a catch, isn't there?) Anyway, for some reason, dA is letting even non-premium members use skins for a limited time, but hey I'm not complaining. :squee: Really not much to update on. Been working at that job I mentioned in my last journal. Still good. I'm learning a lot. I guess I could mention I just recently had to renew my Pharmacy Technician Certification. I finally got a job a couple of weeks ago and today, I got my very first EVER PayCheck!! MONEY!!!!! I has it now! Tee hee. :giggle: I work as a Pharmacy Technician for CVS Pharmacy. Yes, I am a (legal) pill pusher!! No, I can't hook you up. I just got my job, I don't want to lose it. LOL My pay rate is a nice $10.50/hr. And my first check was $225.83 after taxes. YAY!! Although, now I have to start paying phone bills and car insurance and my own gas. :noes: But oh well, I have money!!! That is pretty much it for now. I leave you with a parting gift. An activity!! On this day in 1991 at 11:30am, a 29 year-old woman gave birth to a handsome baby boy while her husband slept in the hospital chair. He was named for his grandfather whom had passed years earlier. The proud mother and father took him home and introduced him to their 4 year-old daughter. They doubled their work raising and nurturing their children. In the year of 1996, their little boy caught the chicken-pox from some other kids in pre-k. However, this wasn't the same itchy infection every child that age goes through. It had struck their child incredibly hard. Spreading to even inside his body. He endured through the illness even with a fever
